We ensure each ingredient is tested for Heavy Metals, Pesticides, Microbiological Contamination
We then work on each ingredient’s stability in the mix and their organoleptic profiles. We also need to ensure they are compatible with each other without any interactions.
We iterate as much as 30 times to find the right balance of texture, taste, dosage and stability. Most of these phytonutrients, vitamins and minerals are bitter, astringent and metallic . To bring their most potent and stable form in a manner that is pleasing to you, is what we strive for.
We then test for stability and end of shelf life claim.
We do third party testing on the finished product for the nutrition profile of calories, fatty acid, cholesterol, total dietary fiber, sugar profile, protein, elements such as calcium, iron, sodium, zinc.
