How quickly does calmside work?
You can feel calmside cooling and soothing your stomach with the first serving itself. You may notice easing of indigestion post a heavy meal with one serving itself. But it can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks before you see lasting results.

How much glyzzrin is safe?
Glycyrrhizin can be taken safely upto a level of 100 mg/day as per EU norms. We use licorice and Gutgard at 5% and less than .5% of glycyrrhizin respectively. So our single serving approximately would amount to 40 mg of glycyrrhizin. As per FSSAI, there seems to be no restrictions with respect to the level of Glycyrrhizin in foods.

No calmside is not a laxative. It has a unique combination of botanical extracts to help with your stomach and digestive health.

What is the difference between calmside and probiotics?
calmiside is formulated with clinically evidence ingredients for stomach and upper GI. Probiotics work on the lower GI. Calmside helps stomach and upper GI health relieving occasional indigestion, heart burn, acidity while probiotics take care of lower gut health. Calmside's polyphenols serve as a natural food for small intestine's microbiome.
