Refund and Return

We aim to provide the highest customer satisfaction to our customers and are willing to replace/refund a product in case the customer is not satisfied with it.

Jumpsoul Consumer Care Private Limited (www.allbeing.co) may accept returns of products directly from the company only when the following conditions are satisfied by the buyer:

  • Return Request will be entertained only for products that are physically damaged or for batch lot (product) that has been expired. No requests made beyond this period shall be entertained. A return request should be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • The product should be received back by Jumpsoul Consumer Care Private Limitedwithin a time span of 7 working days from the date of delivery. No returns shall be accepted after the said time.
  • The tags attached to the products should be intact. Inner Seal of Product should be not tempered. 
  • The product needs to be returned in the original packaging as it was delivered to you without any damages.
  • The buyer must provide the order number received via email and other information to initiate the returns of unused products.
  • A detailed email about the reason for a refund should be sent by the customer along with the return request to our email-id adminshopify@allbeing.co
  • You may receive a call regarding the same following in which the return/replacement procedure will begin.
The final discretion to refund/replace lies with Jumpsoul Consumer Care Private Limited
